Welcome to Dazzle Grab. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:

A. Shipping & Delivery
Origin: All our products are sourced and shipped directly from Dubai.

Delivery Time: Since products are shipped via cargo from Dubai to Bangladesh, please allow 15–25 business days for delivery (this may vary based on cargo schedules).

Shipping Charges: Delivery charges within Bangladesh will be applied based on the weight of the product and your location.

Refund policy

We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during transit.

Wrong Item: If you receive a different item, size, or color than what you ordered.

  1. Proof of Issue (Mandatory)
    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must provide an unboxing video starting from the moment the parcel is opened. Claims without a clear video proof will not be entertained, as the products are international imports.
  2. Reporting Timeline
    Any issues must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please contact us via our Facebook Page (Dazzle Grab) or WhatsApp with your order ID and the video proof.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Items without original tags or packaging.

Returns due to “Change of Mind” after the product has been shipped from Dubai.

  1. Refund Process
    Verification: Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approve.
